BeeTV Crashing or Closing Immediately
Crash causes on Android and Fire OS: memory pressure, storage, incompatible builds and ad SDK faults.

Immediate closure on launch and mid-use crashes have different typical causes.
Crash on launch
- Incompatible Android version, especially very old builds on Android 14 or 15.
- Missing or denied required permission.
- Corrupted app data after a failed update.
- Architecture mismatch between the build and the device.
Crash during use
- Low memory on 1 GB Fire TV Stick hardware — Fire OS kills the app when reclaiming RAM.
- Storage exhaustion causing failed writes.
- Faults inside a bundled advertising SDK, a common cause in this category.
- Codec failure on unsupported streams.
Ordered fixes
Reboot, clear cache, then clear data. Close background applications on constrained devices. If crashes persist across a clean data state, the build does not suit the device and no configuration will change that.
