BeeTV Buffering and Stuttering
Ordered diagnosis for buffering: bandwidth, Wi-Fi, source throttling and decode limits.

Work through these in order; the first two account for most cases on home networks.
Bandwidth on the affected device
Test speed on the streaming device itself, during the hours the problem occurs. 1080p needs roughly 5 Mbps sustained, 4K needs 15–25 Mbps. Household contention matters more than headline line speed.
Wi-Fi path
- Move to 5 GHz where signal allows.
- Use a short HDMI extender to get dongles out from behind the television.
- Add an Ethernet adapter — this resolves most stubborn cases on Fire TV and Chromecast hardware.
Source throttling
Free file hosts cap bandwidth per connection and collapse under load. An aggregator has no control over this and no adaptive bitrate fallback, which is why buffering is chronic even on fast connections.
Decode headroom
If 1080p is smooth and high bitrate 4K is not, the device is the limit. Cap quality rather than hunting for settings that cannot add hardware capability.
